Thermal modeling

La technologie de modélisation thermique de THERMOSPHR s’appuie sur la physique du bâtiment et les principes thermodynamiques. Notre réseau thermique simule les interactions (transferts de chaleur) entre les objets spécifiques à chaque bâtiment (structure, façades, ouvertures, CVC, solaire...).La modélisation thermique permet un calibrage rapide en déterminant des intervalles de valeurs physiquement crédibles pour chaque propriété thermique. Les principes thermodynamiques sont intégrés au modèle, ce qui permet une intégration rapide dans tout nouveau bâtiment.En 2 semaines, notre technologie détermine avec précision la consommation d’énergie, la production CVC, les variations de température et la demande thermique.

Predictive control

Thermal modeling of an area allows simulating the causes and predicting temperature variations 24 hours in advance.
The influence of external factors (non-HVAC) on the areas generates heat transfers, either positive (solar radiation) or negative (heat losses).
The demand is defined as the sum of heat transfers required to maintain the temperature of an area within the comfort range.
To ensure an optimized HVAC production, the production must meet the demand, taking into account the losses.
The HVAC controls are optimized in real-time by the predictive control module of THERMOSPHR.

Thermal modeling

THERMOSPHR utilise un jumeau numérique thermique unique pour chaque bâtiment. Cette technologie est au cœur de notre optimisation CVC. Notre approche garantit le monitoring constant et en temps réel de paramètres multiples : 1/ confort thermique, 2/ thermodynamique du bâtiment (inertie, transferts et déperditions), 3/ consommation d’énergie, 4/ production thermique CVC. Notre modèle thermique holistique du bâtiment permet la prise en compte d’une variété de facteurs dynamiques (météo, activité humaine, transferts thermiques...). Nous rassemblons les technologies les plus performantes (modélisation thermique, MPC...) pour prédire et optimiser le paramétrage CVC. La simulation des variations de température et de la production CVC permet de calculer des paramètres optimisés pour une efficacité énergétique et un confort maximaux.
